Use of Google Account Information
If you choose to connect your Google Account, we may request permission to send emails from your Gmail account using the Gmail Send API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send). We use this access only to send scheduled or user-initiated emails that you configure, such as referral invitations and follow-ups.
We do not access, read, store, or modify your Gmail inbox content, metadata, messages, or message history.

Businesses using EZ Referrals are solely responsible for:

- Honoring opt-out requests from message recipients.
EZ Referrals provides the messaging infrastructure and tools to support compliant opt-in and opt-out workflows; however, businesses are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid customer consent prior to sending SMS messages.
5. SMS Messaging and Consent
EZ Referrals sends SMS messages on behalf of participating businesses to deliver referral invitations, reward notifications, and related updates.
- SMS messages are sent only after a recipient provides explicit consent via a web-based opt-in form.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
6. Data Retention and Security
- We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.
